Shop online and collect your order in store. Items must be paid for in full prior to collection. Service only available on selected items.

Our Delivery Service
We offer a premium delivery service; furniture is delivered by a team of experts and assembled on site. Our drivers will unwrap and remove the packaging of your item(s) and place in the room of choice.

When your item(s) are available for delivery, you will receive a text message or phone call with an option of delivery days. Once you have received this, simply call us back to let us know which day suits you. We will contact you again prior to delivery with a 2 hour delivery window. Many items are in stock and available for delivery. Made to order items have an 8-12 week lead time. For made to order items and items stating a due in date, we will contact you once the item becomes available to arrange delivery.

If our drivers arrive at your address at the agreed time of delivery and cannot contact you for the duration of 30 minutes, the delivery will be unsuccessful and a £40 charge may be levied.
It is your responsibility to measure the access route for your item(s). If the size of the goods cannot be delivered into your home due to lack of measuring, the delivery will be unsuccessful and a £40 charge may be levied.

Lombok Outlet
Items are sold as seen. We offer no refunds or returns on Outlet items. Customers must commit to buy the item and deliveries cannot be refused under any circumstance.

International Orders – Price On Application
We accept orders from all over the world and will deliver to a UK mainland shipping/courier/agent. We always recommend either of the below shippers who are both excellent.

On signing for your item(s) at the point of collection you/your courier is confirming that the item(s) have been delivered by us satisfactorily, are in perfect condition and that the order is complete. We would strongly recommend that you are there to accept the delivery at your agents. Returns, replacements and refunds, if agreed, will be made to or from a UK mainland address.
